I’m a strategic creative thinker, expert maker, and servant leader with 20 years of trans-media experience. I work across entertainment, advertising, branding, experiential, AI & digital content creation — turning insights into meaningful expressions of shared values. Simply put, I grow brands that people love, and help creative people make the best work of their careers.

Bio

Camm serves as the Chief Creative Officer at Kepler Group, where he is spearheading the development of Kepler Creative. This premier AI-enhanced creative service offering combines Kepler’s industry-leading data and insights capabilities with world-class design and innovative production processes. Prior to joining Kepler in 2023, he was the Executive Creative Director for Kohler Company, where he developed a high-performance team ready to conquer the challenges and opportunities of the connected age. His leadership accelerated the digital evolution and record growth of Kohler Co’s Kitchen & Bath, Power, and Hospitality brands, and earned recognition such as Emmy, Telly, Graphis, and Communication Arts awards. Prior to joining Kohler in 2017, he was ECD and Creative Director of International Relationships for Chicago’s Digital Kitchen—a digital creative agency and 2016’s Addy’s Chicago Agency of The Year. There, he led the strategic development and production of breakthrough content and experiences for entertainment and brand clients. His lifelong passion for craft, curiosity and strategic mindset has led Camm to drive strong teams and award-worthy impact. His Digital Kitchen team was honored by the Emmys, Effies, and Cannes Lions. His work has also appeared in Communication Arts annuals and the Sundance Film Festival, and he’s been recognized by the One Club, Type Directors Club, and Art Directors Club as one of 50 global “Young Guns.” He created and co-Executive Produced an original TV series on A&E Network. He created a charitable organization that supports 50 non-profits fighting for social and environmental justice. This work has been recognized by MoveOn.org, Oprah, and various news outlets. He has a master’s degree in design from Cranbrook Academy of Art, where he was a Design Insight Foundation scholar, and lives in Cedarburg, WI with his wife and kids.
